Recent Event

1.    A job fair was organized jointly with Khazani Welfare Society, Mathura the M.P. of Mathura Smt. Hema Malini Jee inaugurated the fair as Chief Guest. Above 25 Institutions and companies participated in this job fair and approximately 500 girls’ were benefited.

2.    Orientation of the parents of new students before commencement of the new session 2018-19 was held on 17th July 2018. About 90% parents of fresher students attended the session. They were guided about the rules and regulations, Academic Calendar and the  Daily Schedule of classes, Co-curricular- activities, Teacher- mentors of their ward and examination system of University etc.

3.    A tribute programme was conducted in the memory of Late Sri Gopal Das Neeraj Jee on 20th July 2018, in which the video recording of A Kavi Sammelan, Chaired by Sri Neeraj Jee held in the college in February 2001, was shown to the students through LCD projector.

4.    A Guest lecture was organized on 24th July 2018 an “How to achieve your aim”. The Speaker was Dr. Ashwini Kumar Singh, Asst. Prof. Deptt. of Physiotherapy, Sanskriti University, Mathura. This guest lecture was organized by the physical education deptt.

5.    Sapno Ki Udan – A Unique Awareness programme for teenage girls and their moms was organized in association with Daily Amar Ujala on 11th Aug. 2018, with experts Dr. Lata Agrawal (leading Gynecologist of Mathura), Mrs. Narendri Saini (In charge, Mahila thana, Mathura), Miss Seema Sharma (sparts and self defence specialist) and the famus Live and T.V. artist Mahi Vij. The main attraction of the programme was the live interaction of students and their mothers with experts. The students also enjoyed the fun-games organized by the sponsors.

6.    From 13th august, 2018 tree plantation programme for a week jointly organized by NSS Unit I and II under the supervision of NSS programme officers Dr. Bharati Sagar and Mrs. Manju Dalal. On day first trees were planted in College campus. Mayar Mr. Mukesh Aryabandhu was invited as Chief Guest on this occasion. A Gulmohar tree was planted by him in the College campus. Thereafter Principal Dr. Preeti Johari and teachers of the College planted the trees. On 14th Aug. 2018. Volunteer of NSS Unit I and II were planted the trees. The one week plantation programme still continued on 15th Aug. 2018. After flag hosting programme pledge had taken by all student and staff member of the college for their sincere contribution in environment conservations same day member of College Management Committee and non-teaching staff planted trees. On 16th to 18th Aug. 2018 rest of plants were planted by NSS volunteer in the College and hearby places.          

As a humble step to empower differently abled students, an exhibition cum sale of Rakhis made by special children of Kalyanam Karoti (An NGO working for differently abled students’) was organized on 18th and 20th Aug. 2018. This was an initiative taken by the Rovers/Rangers units of the College towards institutional Social Responsibility.
